Editing Note, using 'alt + arrow key up/down' to move highlighted block of text

Hello all,

I would like to have my obsidian work with a command that I use a lot in Visual Studio.
When I hit the Alt key and use an arrow key up or down, I would like to have whatever I have highlighted to move up or down.

I have templater and user scripts setup so I’m assuming it may be something like this, or whatever else some1 suggests I am willing to give a try.
