Easier way to move files to folders- multiple file explorer or suggestive file moves based on content

Use case or problem

You have lots of files in your base directory that you want to move into subfolders.

Proposed solution

1. Some text search function within each file which suggests which folder the file belongs based on other text within the documents. Should prioritise hashtags

2. allow multiple ‘file explorer’ windows:

Current workaround (optional)

You can move files using windows explorer, but its harder to see the content of the file before you move it.

could use the tag explorer to find files that reference a tag / other backlinks to move them accordingly.
