Use case or problem

Trying to quickly create new canvas cards with a certain format, but the normal duplicate functionality duplicates with the content inside, so have to delete it first.

Proposed solution

Give a key we can hold down to duplicate canvas cards empty.

Current workaround

Creating Canvas Cards first and duplicating them while they are still empty .

This is a very minor feature that I can see being useful when creating many cards in different styles and formats.

Suggested implementation: when Shift is also pressed down while holding down Alt, create an empty duplicate.
