Drag and drop lines of text/tasks

It would be incredible to be able to drag and drop items in a list to reorder them.

Or even just lines of text instead of having to cut/paste them in order. Any solution for this other than this being built?

Hey, I get you this is extremely useful. Thankfully it already exists. If you open your command pallette cmd/ctrl + p you can search for

swap line up
and
swap line down

I recommend adding hotkey shortcuts to something you feel comfortable with in

Settings > Hotkeys > Swap line up / down
