'Download attachments for current file' - Workflow?

I really like the idea of ‘Download attachments for current file’ and think it has real potential. That said, I’m puzzled by the implementation via a command. As I read it, the command let’s a user download attachments for a single document; have I got that right?

By contrast, I would have thought that ‘Download attachments for current file’ would be an excellent option for the web clipper.

Another would be to enable downloading attachments to multiple selected files in one go.

Rather than add my ideas to a Feature Request at this stage, I’m wondering if I’ve missed the purpose of this command. To that end, could I ask how people are implementing this command into their workflow?

Thanks very much

The ‘Download attachments for current file’ command seems to allow downloading attachments for a single document, but integrating it with the web clipper or enabling batch downloads for multiple files could enhance its utility. If FreeCine had a similar feature for media downloads, it would make bulk content management even more efficient. How are others using this in their workflow? freecineapkpremium.com.br

Here is another way it could be expanded. This function is very-very promising!
