Don't open a tab that is already open in a new window (but redirect to the active tab)a

Hi all,

I think this qualifies as a feature request. As per the subject heading, I would love a feature such that Obsidian would not open a tab that is already open in a new window but rather redirect me to the open tab of the note (much like in many Browser interfaces).
