Does Publish use the file name as the page title/h1?
If you have an explicit h1 at the top of the file in the md code, would that also display as a second h1?
it uses the filename as title.
if you have an h1 it will show too.

Alas, it does not seem to be placed into a PDF export which seems to make a single approach to include in the file or not include in the file not possible – or am I missing something?
