When I global search (with Cmd + Shift + F on Mac) with a specific keyword, Obsidian tries to search by exact matching the keyword and lists all those items.
But sometimes I can’t come up with keywords to look up for some concepts in my mind. In that case, I usually put its synonyms and narrow those down so that I can hopefully find the keyword I originally want and use it to find Obsidian notes.
What I’d like to know is if Obsidian has a feature to search items with pre/user-defined thesaurus so users can search with/including synonyms.
This functionality is very useful especially when users don’t remember exact words but need to find abstract concepts they have in their mind, or even summarize many of similar concepts that notes contain.

Not sure it is still available, but after seeing Nick Milo’s supplemental YouTube video at https://youtu.be/biqpnjIzLi0, I downloaded the vault that someone shared with him at https://start.linkingyourthinking.com/get-thesaurus-for-obsidian. It’s quite impressive.
