Solution for overload of links - Link categorization
I’m 15 years old, and I’m planning to use Obsidian to organize math concepts by taking advantage of its groundbreaking graphs and links between notes. But there’s an important point in this plan, and that’s the connections between notes. In fact, simply listing knowledge linearly is something you can already do with current textbooks or the internet, and it’s already been achieved. The reason I want to reorganize it through Obsidian is tied to its main purpose: building a productive network of information. If math concepts are systematically connected in a way that shows cause and effect, it not only brings us a step closer to unified math, but by making a paid website available to the general public, it allows ordinary people to easily access math concepts and see how they relate at a glance, which is when the graph truly shows its value. Also, when new theories are developed, they can be added to the graph without any issues, giving it a forward-looking aspect. And if we combine this with today’s popular AI, I expect it could ultimately lead to a completely new type of textbook.
Proposed solution
I think it would be good to increase the types of links and show a difference in color or effects for each link. Right now, links are only implemented through [], but if we could create various symbols like {{}} or (()) and differentiate link colors or add effects like blinking for each symbol, I expect the categorization would be clear when viewing the graph.
Current workaround (optional)
I don’t know any workaround for this at all. If there already exists a workaround or commercialized technology or method, I would really appreciate a response.
