Differences between editor and preview (indent) & markdown compliance

It has probably already been discussed, but I still tend to express my opinion, and many of these discussions have already been closed.

Steps to reproduce

My text
1. Lorem ipsum
2. dolor sit amet,
3. consectetur adipiscing elit, sed
   Second line of point 3
A line after (and out of) the list

New paragraph

“A line after (and out of) the list” became a part of item 3, rather than separately, despite the fact that it was without tabulation. In editor it appears without indentation, in preview it appears indented.
So, I find it very convenient to be able to create a row excluded from the numbered list, however, in preview it is different. I would like the preview to look like the editor, allowing you to choose whether to continue in the numbered item oppur as separatd row.
Related to this, another problem: Obsidian allows you to go to a new line only by pressing enter. Very convenient, but in other md editors and viewers those lines do not go to a new line and I have to add
.
I would like it to still be possible to go to a new line without leaving a blank line, but that a
(or other necessary code) is automatically added

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y]

Expected result

Same editor/preview view and compliance with other programs

Actual result

Different view

This is how markdown works, love it or hate it.

That’s unlikely to happen. On the contrary, perhaps we should make the editor look like the preview (inject a space that isn’t there) but that has proven to be hard to do nicely.

I am not sure what you are talking about. I think if you enable strict mode in the settings, Obsidian is gonna need the two spaces at the end of line. Regarding automatically adding those, you can search/open a feature request.

Well, I hate it. But I think it would be useful for the editor to behave like the preview, so as not to create illisions
