Developer Tools command is missing on my MacBook

I trying to sync my obsidian notes to anki

  • When I open the command palette, the “Toggle developer tools” command does not appear.
  • As a result, community plugins like “Obsidian to Anki” are not loading their commands correctly.

Things I have tried

I have tried everything and asked gemini regarding the same but to no help.

There is no command for it, only a hotkey / item in the menu bar on Mac.

And this does not sound related to the community plugins issue at all.
