Steps to reproduce
Does the developer console translation function work?
I did everything that was specified and restarted the panel and the entire application. the console language does not change.
Expected result
I expected the feature to translate the panel the same way Google Chrome does: I select a different language, restart it and the interface translates to the selected language.
Actual result
The language remains the same - English
