Determine RTL per file/paragraph

Use case or problem

There’s already a button for right-to-left (RTL) languages (eg, Arabic or Hebrew), which enables RTL for the whole vault.
One usually uses multiple languages in one vault, some RTL or LTR.

Proposed solution

Enabling the option (button/command palette) to determine RTL/LTR on file level or even better on paragraph level.
