'Delete file' dialog's Cancel button is not using 'Cancel' string from l18n files

Steps to reproduce

Set up Obsidian to use a language other than English with ‘Cancel’ translated into the language. I’m using Russian as an example.
Open the ‘Delete file dialog’

Expected result

All UI elements that have a translated string appear in the language selected in Settings.

Actual result

‘Cancel’ button is not translated.

Environment

• Operating system: Mac OS, Windows 10

• Obsidian version: 0.8.13
