when I am doing my day planner, I receive a message top right that says the planner is being updated to an external source - doesn’t happen with other notes - then whatever I have typed, the space between two words is deleted.
Will happen multiple times in the same note - any ideas?

I noticed that too. The deletion of a space between words occurs when typing in a time entry for the Daily Planner (e.g., 09:30) in the Daily Note.
More specifically, the message in the top right for me says for example, “010 Daily Notes/2022/06-June/2022-06-22.md” has been modified externally, merging changes automatically. In other words, I am not putting my times for the Daily Planner into the Daily Planner folder that is automatically created when the Day Planner plugin is installed.
