Date type in properties enforces a date format different from system locale ( or set up locale )

Steps to reproduce

Be on a DD-MM-YYYY system ( french locale in my case
Create a vault
create a note with a property that has a date type and insert a date
Go into settings and switch “properties in document” to source
get a non locale conforming date

Yup, saw this sandbox vault existed while writing the bug and tried it out there

Dates are saved as in the international ISO 8601 format to be more portable. If you saved your notes in DD/MM/YYYY and sent the note to someone on a US locale that uses MM/DD/YYYY you could risk the data being misinterpreted.

Properties: let the user customize the way Dates/Times are saved/written

This FR was created to capture the discussion related to letting the user choose in which format the dates of type “date & time” in properties are saved on file. Currently, we use ISO 8601, extended syntax, second resolution, local time. While the format chosen for the internal representation may be subject to minor changes in the future, we do not plan for having the users pick a different format. Mmmh, yeah but they make reading my own notes harder which I don’t particularly want to share anyway, and make me prone to misinterpret them myself.

But I’ll go and upvote that feature request.
