I have shortcut ctrl+shift+D to create daily note. It creates note with name YYYY-MM-DD.

It worked fine for months, but few days ago, it started to create sometimes YYYY-MM-DD and sometimes DD.MM.YYYY note. So I have 2 notes for one day.

This may be a plugin issue.
Does it happen in the help vault?

No, because in help vault daily notes are not activated.

But even in my vault, it doesn’t happen regularly and it can’t be replicated. It’ll just do it once in a while. Once every two days.

I agree that it probably looks like a plugin issue. I have about 20 installed. I will disable and leave only must have and will see.
