Daily Note Template: change Note Title (21-05-22) to saturday 22 may 2021 - doesn't work

Things I have tried

I am a newbie to Obsidian. I love the software and plan on using it extensively.

I have searched the forum and tried every instance I could find and none work

I have installed

• Templates
• Templater

and a bunch of other plugins like Tasks etc.

What I’m trying to do

I want to change my Daily Note template, so that it will transform the note title which is by default something like 2021-05-22, INSIDE the note to something like Saturday 22 May 2021. It would automatically get translated to Dutch as that is the language I am using Obsidian in.

I have the following in my template and I can[t figure out why nothing happens. Maybe I put it in the wrong format/syntax?

And the output in preview mode is this

Can anyone please help and explain what I am doing wrong?

And how would you do that? Can you guide me with the basic steps and plugins?
