I would like to have a dedicated tab in the sidebar with today’s daily note in editing mode. I know I can put notes on the sidebar, but there’s a few details that I believe are important.
On this sidebar tab, clicking on a link would not open the link in the sidebar, but on the main window, so it is always displays the today’s note.
Also, it could automatically switch to the daily note of the next day at midnight or other specified time.
Did you pin the sidebar note? If you pin it, then clicking the links should open it in the main window.
