I made a custom css but changes not saved , why

We need a lot more information to be able to help. Can you describe step by step what you were trying to do?

I type ctrl + shift + i and open source and in css file i made changes , but when i relaunch app again , changes not saved .

Yeah, the solution is what @dowwang mentioned. Your changes won’t be saved if you only modify them in the devtools, you need to copy your changes and save them as a css snippet. See Add custom styles - Obsidian Publish
