It is possible to group commands with a custom name and position in command panel?

I tried to search this option but I haven’t find it

As far as I know, all you can do is pinning some commands at the top of the list.
Settings > Plugin options > Command palette
I don’t think you can rename commands, which is what you’re looking for.
I don’t want only rename some commands but I would reorder commands or divide them in groups. So I could have more useful commands in a custom order and avoid unnecessary commands
