Ctrl + Space Hotkey no longer functions

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Settings
2. Navigate to Hotkeys
3. Attempt to assign any hotkey to “Ctrl + Space”

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Y

This has been tested in the sandbox vault (system info for this provided)

Expected result

The hotkey would be labelled “Ctrl + Space” and the hotkey would function when the keys are pressed

Actual result

It does not seem to register that a hotkey combination has been pressed.

Additional information

• I’ve tested other combinations, which work as expected: “Ctrl + Enter”, “Shift + Space”
• This hotkey had been set in a previous version and stopped working with this version. The hotkey assignment still listed “Ctrl + Space”, but the hotkey did not function.
• I have confirmed that a previous version worked, then after updating, stopped working.

Same here. Just mapped it and works fine.

Thanks WhiteNoise and Olondre for testing.

After further troubleshooting, I discovered it was another windows App - PowerToys, after an updated, had a new feature assigned to the “Ctrl + Space” keybinding. This app is on both devices I tested with, but the issue disappeared upon closing PowerToys.
