Creating the plugin folder

Hi,

I am new to Obisidian and looking at plugins. It says, repeatedly in the FAQ section, that I have to manually create the folder MyVault/.obsidian/plugins/my-plugin/ but it NEVER tells me where to create it, or how! I have directed Obisidian to a folder I named for myself inside my Dropbox root folder so as to share with the two Macs I use daily, and eventually I hope on my iPad, but I cannot find the instructions to create the folder and where it should be, the Library, or this Vault folder.

If you just want to use Community Plugins, just enable them in settings and install from there, no need for the manual steps.
