Creating a Obsidian with multiple sections

I know that this is probably pretty simple and basic, but I have never been able to figure this out.

I am trying to display multiple plugins to the right of my document. Specifically, master task manager which spans all tasks (open and closed, and ‘maybe’ Graphiview, for example.

Here is a sketch to the idea. Any idea that would help me would be very appreciated.

Drag the icon for a plugin down from the top of the sidebar and to the place you want to put it (a highlight will show where it will go). Once you have placed it, you can drag the border between it and a neighbor to adjust the size.
