Creating a new "parent" number after a "child" number in a numbered list resumes from an incorrect value

Here’s a screen recording (using “tab” and “enter” to create different levels in the list):

After the “Second sub item” is written, the enter key is pressed twice to create a new “top level” item, but the number used is taken from the “sub list” rather than as a continuation of the parent list

But it parses okay in reading mode?

The editing mode numbers don’t really matter. You can select the entire list and toggle numbering off and on: that should put things ‘right’ in editing mode for you.

Ordered list numbers don't change correctly when de-indenting with enter

Steps to reproduce Make an ordered list. Make a nested ordered list within that one (make sure the nested list has more items than the parent list). Press enter to create a new list item in the nested list. Press enter again in to de-indent the new item. Expected result The number of the de-indented item should change to fit its order in the parent list, along with the numbers of any subsequent items in the parent list. Actual result The item’s number doesn’t change. This works perfectly…
