I support this request. Would be a very useful and intuitive feature to have :+1:

In the meantime, these solutions may help:

  1. Copy Block Link and Block Link Plus add commands to copy link to (or embed of) a block when right-clicking on block.
  2. Text Transporter and Carry-Forward add various commands to ease the process of moving blocks between notes with references back to source.
  3. Script to copy link to block as footnote, for Templater.
  4. Scripts to copy link to current note that can be added to the file menu, for Templater.
