Create pre-defined form for YAML inputs?

Hi,

I try to using DB folder that provides a good looking table and easy for input YAML values but it seems going to slow down when adding more and more notes. I planned to using this vault for up to 20,000 single note including attachments.

There is any way to create a form to accept YAML values/inputs without going to markdown editor?
