I created a template with an embedded file (![[{title}_myfile]]). If I use this template I want to create a new excalidraw file and not a .md file if I click the link.
I already tried appending .excalidraw but this did not work.
My question: Is it possible to create a .excalidraw file by clicking a link of a not yet created embedded file?
not with obsidian templates
but you can use templater plugin
the creator of excalidraw said that on a few occasions
so you need to look around
