`Copy path` / `Copy relative path` commands are misleading

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any note.
2. Right-click on the tab title.
3. Click Copy path / Copy relative path menu items and paste it elsewhere to see what clipboard has

Expected result

Menu items do what they say.

Actual result

Copy path - copies absolute path in file system.

Copy relative path - copies an absolute path in vault.

The used terms are not consistent across the system.
