Hello , i have used obsidian for sometime now. and i have a file there and want to study it in kindle . i have used fold heading / toggle . Because with folding the heading it would be easy to navigate . But converting it into pdf and .mobi format doesnt provide this facility . is there a way to use fold heading / toggle option while converting them to readable kindle file.

You could use calibre to convert the markdown to .mobi. Structure detection should allow you to insert page breaks at specified heading levels so each section below a heading would be on its own page.
