control searching inside current md, e.g. with wildcards, case sensitivity, whole word, and-or etc
tried using the general search keywords, like ignore-case:, with no success
Not sure if you are asking for this… Did you try Ctrl+F (Meta+F in mac)? That triggers the “Search in current file” command.
The search in current file has none of those features. It has only the features you see in its interface. You can work around this by using the whole vault search and specifying a file or path. Search - Obsidian Help
