Content Generator using Heading

Is there any way/extension which can turn H1 heading into chapters and reflects all chapters into content page with back-linking?
I tried to do it manually for small document, but for large documents it took huge time perform this.

This is what I tried.

The Dynamic Table of Contents plugin might get you close to what you want. It’s available in the Community Plugins settings.
