Consider monospace in default CSS for markdown table sections in edit mode

The default CSS presents markdown table sections in a proportional font in edit mode with a lot of alignment issues. The presentation would be cleaner if markdown table sections presented in a monospace font similar to code sections.

This might change with the forthcoming WYSIWYG mode.
PS: A plugin that takes CSV separated entries and formats it into a table would be nifty.
