I never used prism.js plugins, but this sounds helpful. Just wanted to link to your workaround from the help topic you had created in case someone else might find it useful:

I found a solution but it is not the best: Install the Javascript Init Plugin Add this Code: setTimeout(function(){ … code from prism plugin … }, 2000); Now I have clickable links and other stuff in my code blocks
