Community themes don't appear

I have Obsidian 7.4 installed on two updated Windows 10 computers. On one of them, community themes appear when I click on that plugin in Settings; in the other, I have consistently gotten the “fetching community themes” dialog in the upper right but the rest of the screen remains clear – themes don’t appear. I have the same theme installed on both computers, so that isn’t the problem. I have removed and re-implemented the plugin on the problematic computer, but that hasn’t cured it. Anything else I should do? Thanks.

Are you behind a firewall at work?

I’m on a corporate network, so at least behind a firewall. Sounds like the answer. I assume that’s why the version on my corporate computer doesn’t auto-update. Thanks very much.
