Command: collapse or expand all indents within current note

It would be nice if there was a hot key, or command option, to collapse or expand all indent and heading lists within a note.

This exists. First, make sure you have Settings -> Editor -> Fold heading & Fold indent turned on.

Then in the command palette (and in Settings -> Hotkeys) are these commands:
Fold all headings and lists
Unfold all headings and lists

Yes, and you might be right that “collapse” is more intuitive. Feel free to make a feature request to change this.
