Color code YAML property values in Dataview table

Hello!
When dataview displays my pages as a table, is there some way to color code specific recurring values? (I’m not sure of the proper terms to describe it.) Notion and Airtable have this feature. Here is an example:

Two methods come to mind. The first is to wrap the output value in <span> elements to style the output to your liking. The other method is to attach specific tags related to the value, and then use CSS snippets to color the cell/ text, and hide the tag.
