Cmd-Drag-Drop of a file on MacOS results in a rejected drop

Steps to reproduce

  • Open the Sandbox vault.
  • Create an new note (or use an existing note).
  • From Finder, select a file, hold down CMD, click on file, drag and drop into it
    It gets rejected.

I can’t reproduce.

Download and reinstall Obsidian. Post a screen recording of this happening in the sandbox vault.

Sorry, I think it was user error in that I was using CMD-Drag and it should be Option-Drag. Works now in Sandbox, confirming on other laptop.

for me Option one doesn’t work. It just normally copies the file over to obsidian
