Cmd+[1-9] (Alfred-like) shortcuts in Quick Switcher and Command Palette

The idea is to emulate this Alfred feature where you can “jump” to a choice in the suggester using Cmd + its number on the list, so that instead of typing ↓↓↓↓⏎ or the name of the command you can just do Cmd+4.

This would be useful in all dropdown selectors, not only Quick Switcher and Command Palette.
