Clicking footnotes will cut off header and ability to scroll

Steps to reproduce

  1. Post a publish page with a footnote.
  2. Click footnote.
  3. Try to scroll back to the very top of the page.
  4. Be unable to scroll to the top of the page.

Yes, but also not that applicable as it is Publish :).

Expected result

I expect to be able to restore the site back to the prior state.

Actual result

Page is cut off from the inline title DOM area.

Environment

Happens in Safari and Chromium.

From here you cannot scroll up or down.

Thanks Sigrunixia. I should add if useful, that this bug only exists when stacked pages is turned off, and seizes to exist if stacked pages is turned on.
