CLI web site dynamic - claude cant read it

I didnt see any categories for general whining:) and that might feel like what this is - not my intention.

I gave Claude Code the Obsidian CLI help URL and told it to go figure it out. Because the site is “dynamic”, it cant, so it has to go to umpteen non-authoritatives to figure out what to do with Obsidian CLI. Not sure thats what you intended or would want to happen, so Im just passing that along.

eg:

❯ I see that Obsidian has updated to add a CLI. What, if anything, do you need to do to integrate with it? Here’s the info:

⎿ Received 2.7KB (200 OK)

:record_button: The page loads dynamically so WebFetch couldn’t get the rendered content. Let me try searching for the actual documentation content.

:record_button: Fetch(publish-01.obsidian.md/access/help/Extending+Obsidian/Obsidian+CLI.md)
⎿ Error: Request failed with status code 404

:record_button: Web Search(“Obsidian CLI 2026 command line interface features documentation”)
⎿ Did 1 search in 8s

:record_button: Fetch(more obsidian cli help urls)
⎿ Received 560 bytes (301 Moved Permanently)

:record_button: Fetch(another obsidian cli page)
⎿ Received 222.6KB (200 OK)

:record_button: Fetch(and so on)
⎿ Received 69.6KB (200 OK)

:record_button: Web Search(“Obsidian CLI MCP server “model context protocol” integration 2026”)
⎿ Did 1 search in 7s

:record_button: Fetch(now it starts googling)
⎿ Received 1022.7KB (200 OK)

:record_button: Web Search(“Obsidian CLI commands list “obsidian” command reference vault note search 2026”)

I had to remove all the actual links since this forum doesnt seem to allow them. Trust me, they really were there:)

tell claude to run obsidian help and read it
