Chinese IME compatibility issue with Search and Quick Switcher

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the search bar.
  2. Using macOS built-in Traditional Chinese IME, type some characters and press down arrow to open the IME phrase selection window.
  3. Press ESC to close the phrase window.

Expected result

The IME phrase selection window is closed and I can continue to edit Chinese characters in the search bar.

Actual result

The search bar is closed and the Chinese characters are sent to the main editor prematurely.

  • Operating system: macOS 12.6.1 and Obsidian 1.0.3
