Steps to reproduce
- Go to Settings > Community plugins
- Click Check for updates
- Wait for “Found X plugins to update” notice
- Observe: button used to change to “Update all” but doesn’t.

Expected result
Button changes from “Found X plugins to update” to “Update all”
Actual result
Button remains at “Check for updates”
