What I’m trying to do
I am just getting started using the chatGPT MD plugin, which seems to provide a much easier way to capture the Q&A of a chatGPT session and save it in a file than the way I used to do it in the web browser: cut and paste.
So far I’m very happy to have discovered this plugin. However, I did notice that quite frequently during a ‘converation’ the AI’s response truncates in mid-sentence. I mean, it just stops sending its answer. In my next prompt I ask it to continue, and it does, picking right up from where it left off.
Does anyone know why this happens and how to prevent it? Is there a ‘max tokens’ limit per interaction that I’m running up against here? Notice that I do not encounter this issue when using the OpenAI web interface.
