Change which parts of window can be clicked to drag/move in MacOS?

When I use Obsidian, I tend to have the window reduced in size so I can have another app open next to it, but I also have multiple tabs open. This means that there’s almost no part of the top of the window free for me to click and drag when I need to move the window around (as MacOS lets you do). Is there any way to change the app interface so that I have a guaranteed part of the window open for clicking to drag/move? Maybe a constraint so that tabs don’t fill the entire space at the top? Or even a way to make the left sidebar available for clicking/dragging?
