There can be a way to have cascding tags like in ANKI.
There it goes like TagGroup::Tag1::Tag2.

Is it the same functionality? I do not know ANKI.
I know the syntax is different. Customizability of syntax is requested e.g. in Customizable interpretation of markdown syntax nuances, like CSS
