Canvas: The Italic in heading can't be rendered when "narrow to heading"

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a canvas in sandbox vault
2. Change the
   ## I’m interested in Obsidian heading
   to
   ## I’m *interested* ~~in~~ Obsidian
   in “Start Here” note
3. Add the “Start Here” note to canvas
4. Use “Narrow to heading”, add select ## I’m *interested* ~~in~~ Obsidian
