The new canvas is beautiful. 
But organizing it and keeping it organized is difficult. 
It would be good is when moving a note around if it would knock other notes out of the way so they did not overlap.
Also, it’s too easy to pull notes out of a group.
And it would be good if when a group was being moved around if it would knock other groups out of the way so they too did not overlap.
Then perhpas some settings for how many columns of notes a group could have. And perhaps the same for the groups in the canvas. This way when moving the notes and groups around and they are knocking other notes and groups around, everything stays within certain boundries.
