Use case or problem
When I want to focus on a card(focus mode), I still want to see all the sub-items that are directly related to that card, the purpose of focusing is to see the directly related objects of the card rather than editing the card, when I create a whiteboard card with complex interspersed relationships, the cards will interact with each other, and at this point, it is easy to enhance the view of the item and sub-items, and the affiliation will be clear.
This requirement is already supported in interactive graph (As shown below) (focusing on the subordinates with which the item is associated), and the focus function within the whiteboard should also show all the associated items of the selected item to facilitate editing and monitoring .
For example, when using the whiteboard for script outlining, to record the complex relationship between the text and the characters, sometimes you need to focus on all the cards directly related to the characters, and you want to see the relationship between the card and the card and the subordinate relationship. And it also avoids the problem of arrow stacking caused by too many arrows pointing, i.e., the direction of the arrow must be visible from the sub-item.
