Canvas: Edge disappears after creating a node via edge dragging in Obsidian version 1.11.X

In Canvas, we can no longer directly create a new node after dragging to create a new edge, as the edge disappears. This is a bug in Obsidian v1.11.X that was not present in previous versions.

Add card is working on my end but not Add note from vault.

In Windows 11, I encountered the same situation as you, where adding a card works but adding a note does not.
